In order to obtain the banking services provided by the Yemen Commercial Bank to its customers through the phone banking , you must be a customer of the bank and subscriber in this service, which is provided for free, and provides you with the following  banking services around the clock:
1.Your banking transactions have become easier and flexible  through the phone banking service provided by Yemen Commercial Bank.
2.Inquiry about the balance.
3.Account statement summary (voice message, fax or email).
4.The last ten transactions (voice message, fax or e-mail).
5.Request a detailed account statement.
6.Request a check book.

10.Inquiry about currency / interest rates (voice message, flex, e-mail).
Customers of  Yemen Commercial Bank can request to participate in the service through the bank’s branches and visit the branch they deal with on the next day to receive the secret number envelope and benefit from the e-mail service in your transactions and receive account statements, interest rates and currency exchange rates, and it is necessary to inform your branch in writing of your email address.
 So, whether you are at  your home or office, during your travel or anywhere in the world, you only need to call the phone banking (01 494949) through which you can know the operations and movements that have been made on your various accounts and around the clock (24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year), in addition to that, you  are free to choose how the reports will be delivered either via (voice, fax or email).

Now you can get a high level and distinguished banking services with the latest technology through  Yemen Commercial Bank, which is able to provide  e-voucher service for the mobile phone through points of sale (POS) and ATMs, which will gradually replace the currently used scratch cards, and you can also enjoy buying goods and services via the POS service.

It is a very easy matter, as this service is available to all customers of Yemen Commercial Bank , who have saving account or current account under demand, and to obtain this service you only need to open a saving account or current account in any of our branches and obtain ATM card that enables you to use our wide network of ATMs and POS devices.
Customer instructions:
1. Ensure that the amount entered on the  (P.O.S) device is matched  by the merchant before entering the card's password.
2. Enter the password so that none can  see it.
3. Make sure to retrieve the card from the merchant after completing the process and obtaining the receipt.
4. In the event that the customer uses the E-Voucher service through  ATM machine, make sure that the receipt of the charging code is out as the number will be displayed on the screen and in the event that the receipt does not come out, you can write the number displayed on the screen and if you cannot write the number  due to the end the time allotted to the operation, you only need to press the button corresponding to the word (Yes) when the device displays the screen (do you want more time) to display the number again on the screen.
5. Make sure to retrieve your ATM card from the ATM machine.
Instructions for the Merchant:
1. Ensure that the receipt roll is inside the machine and that it is installed in the correct manner.
2. In the event that the receipt for the operation is not printed, please contact the Sheba Card Company on the following numbers: (01290700700 or 01 290291) (ext. 113-105) or toll free 8008000 to verify the correctness of the process and take the necessary instructions.
3. The receipt can be reprinted for the last operation executed on the P.O.S device, according to the instructions in the merchant's manual.
